Support the blog
If this journal has been useful, here's how to help it keep going.
The Bside of Recovery is written and kept independent by one person. There's no pressure here — reading and sharing a post already helps. But if you'd like to support the time that goes into it directly, here are the ways.
Buy Me a Coffee
A one-time or repeating small contribution — the same energy as leaving a tip.
Buy a coffee on Ko-fiMonthly Support
Become a Ko-fi supporter for ongoing, low-pressure support — cancel any time.
Visit Ko-fiRecovery Stickers
Original recovery & ADHD sticker designs. A tangible way to support the blog and keep something small and good on your water bottle.

This site runs on a mix of small, low-pressure sources: a few unobtrusive ads, sticker sales, and reader support links like the ones above. None of it is required to read anything here — the goal is just to keep this sustainable without turning it into a full-time monetized project or letting it depend on any one source.

Send a private, no-name note
If something here reached you and you'd rather not say it in public, you'll be able to send it straight to me, privately. You won't need an account, an email address, or your real name — just whatever you want to say.
How this works
- Nothing you send is published. This isn't a comment section — it goes to me alone, not onto any page of this site.
- No name required. You can leave the name field blank and send it anonymously. If you want a reply, leaving a way to reach you is optional, not required.
- No account or login. There's nothing to sign up for on your end.
- I read everything, but I can't promise a reply — especially to fully anonymous notes with no way to write back.
The private note form itself is being wired up now and isn't live yet — this section explains how it'll work once it's ready. In the meantime, the Ko-fi page has a message option you're welcome to use privately.
