Shipping: Orders go out within 3–5 business days of purchase via USPS first-class mail. Shipping is free and already included in the $5 price. Double-check your address at checkout — if a package comes back undeliverable because of a typo'd address, reshipping isn't automatic.
Lost in transit: If your sticker hasn't shown up within 21 days (domestic) or 30 days (international) of the ship date, message B directly through Ko-fi and it'll be reshipped or refunded, no questions asked.
Cancellations: You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships — just send a message through Ko-fi as soon as possible. Once it's shipped, it can't be canceled.
Refunds & damaged items: These are $5 stickers, so there's no need to mail anything back. If yours arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, send a photo through Ko-fi within 14 days of delivery and you'll get a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you'd rather have.
